Fog City Audio Visual provides professional AV equipment rental and full-service production for corporate events across San Francisco and the Bay Area.

We have an ongoing commitment to investing in our in-house audio, video, LED, lighting, and livestream systems to ensure our technicians and clients have access to best-in-class gear across the audio visual spectrum, be it speakers, microphones systems, LED panels, video witchers, video cameras or lighting. Our equipment is professionally deployed and operated by experienced technicians who understand the demands of our corporate and meeting planner clients.

To maintain equipment standards and production quality, all rentals are professionally installed and operated by Fog City Audio Visual technicians or approved AV production professionals.

We carry the full line of QSC powered speakers, which are perfect for small venues and audiences up to 500.

DAS Line Array

We have full complement of DAS Aero 8 array speakers, and a range of subwoofers to deliver crisp audio to audiences up to 5000.

Meyer Sound

For larger venues and where best-in-class sound is required, we carry a range of Meyer Sound speakers, from the CQ-2 to the UPM-1Ps, to the Ultra x40’s and x80’s..

Microphone Rentals

Shure QLX-D and ULX-D Mic Systems

the QLX-D is the mainstay of our smaller events, while the ULX-D line covers all but our highest end productions.

Shure and DAP Headset Elements

We have a range of mic options, including lavalier (lapel) mics, and over-the-ear mic systems from Shure and DPA.

Shure Delegate Mic System

For in-room and hybrid board meetings, you can’t beat the Shure line of push-to-talk mics.

Shure Axient Mic System

For our most demanding events we deploy our Axient microphone systems, Shure’s highest-end system that is used in demanding environment like the Academy Awards telecast.

A great sound analog board, we deploy the Mackie ProFX to many small events and breakout rooms.

A&H QU-16

The digital mixer is perfect for small meeting and general sessions, and perfect for corporate applications.

Yamaha QL-5

This digital mixer workhorse can manage up to 32 channels of wireless, has built-in Dugan automixing capabilities, and typically routes audio signals via a Dante ethernet network.

Yamaha DM3, DM7

The DM 3 and DM 7 digital audio mixers are our goto boards for our most demanding events, and whenever we are mixing a music production.

Epson 3.6K Projectors

Perfect for smaller breakout rooms, these projectors are ideal for audiences up to 50 people.

Epson 6K Projectors

For medium sized breakout rooms and screens up to 10′ in width.

Epson 10K Projectors

For small general sessions and up to 16′ screens.

Epson 16K Laser Projectors

For larger general sessions and keynotes, and screens up to 24′.

Video Walls

We stock 1.9mm and 2.6mm video wall tiles, perfect for high-end indoor applications. Our 3.9mm LED tile offering is for indoor and outdoor use, and sports a full sun 5500 nits of brightness.

Video Pillars

Take your event signage to the next level with these video pillars. Access and change png, jpeg and movie content on the fly with a laptop and a private wifi network. Join 2 or more pillars for larger signs.

TV Displays

We carry 43″ to 98″ TV displays from leading makers like Samsung, LG and Sony. Mounted on truss or floor stands, they fit nicely between projection and video walls.

Mobile LED Solutions

Our mobile LED trailer sports a high quality 16′ wide X 9′ tall 4.8mm full sun video display that can rotate 360 degrees and runs on its own diesel generator.
