Fog City has extensive experience setting up meeting projection gear throughout the Bay Area, whether it’s an art gallery in SoMa, a corporate office in Pleasanton, a hotel ballroom in San Jose, or anything in between. We’ll conduct a site visit to make sure we spec out the perfect screen and projector combination, and make sure that your presenters have the tools they need to be successful from an AV perspective (additional services include confidence monitors, teleprompters and meeting timers).

Sound Systems
Sound is obviously a critical component of any meeting. Fog City has years of experience providing sound system rentals for meetings, from the steps of Oakland City Hall, to beach side in the Presidio.
If access to power is a problem, we have super quiet generators. We also have a range of multi boxes (also known as press boxes) for media outlets to tap into our audio feed.
Virtual Events
Even before the pandemic, meetings needed a virtual component to amplify its messaging. We can add a virtual component to any meeting, broadcasting to multiple streaming outlets. Even in the most demanding outside environments, we can provide access to power and the internet so that your message is seen and heard crystal clear.
